1.機(jī)身采用整體焊接及整體加工結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)身主要部件均采用ANSYS有限元分析軟件進(jìn)行分析，確保了機(jī)床的可靠性及整機(jī)的精度;
2.兩側(cè)主油缸突破了傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械擋塊式折彎?rùn)C(jī)的行程控制方式,采用了德國(guó)進(jìn)口電液伺服閥及進(jìn)口光柵尺構(gòu)成的閉環(huán)控制方式。滑塊位置反饋
精度高,運(yùn)行準(zhǔn)確平穩(wěn),同步性能好,折彎精度、滑塊的重復(fù)定位精度高;
3.后擋料中的功能部件均采用進(jìn)口件,確保了后擋料的擋料精度,并可根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求采用功能更為齊全的多個(gè)后擋料軸的后擋料機(jī)構(gòu);
4.液壓系統(tǒng)均采用德國(guó)進(jìn)口的集成式控制系統(tǒng),減少了管路的安裝，確保了機(jī)床的工作穩(wěn)定性,外形簡(jiǎn)潔美觀;
5.機(jī)身兩側(cè)裝有C型板,高精度光柵尺安裝在C型板上,從而避免了折彎時(shí)機(jī)身變形對(duì)折夸精度的影響;
6.下工作臺(tái)具有液壓撓度自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了無(wú)言區(qū)有效補(bǔ)償,折彎精度高，確保長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定;

7. numerical control system adopts special CNC system of electro-hydraulic bending machine of Italy ESA, Holland DELEM or Swiss
CYBELEC company, which can realize bending angle graphic programming and angle correction compensation. Automatically
calculate and adjust the bending pressure, automatically calculate the deformation compensation of the worktable, the function
of the length of the workpiece, the bending pressure of the bottom, the distance of the opening, the automatic return of the rear
gear and so on.
